Returns & Exchanges:
Items to be returned or exchanged must have the Michael’s Jewelers hang tag on it with the correct SKU# along with a copy of the original sales receipt. Any items which have been damaged or worn will not be accepted for return and will automatically be sent back to the customer. Returns and Exchanges must be made via the website and sent back to Michael’s Jewelers within 10 days of package delivery for refund or exchange. We will exchange items up to 30 days after purchase, no refunds after 10 days. “All Sales Final after 10 days”. There will be no returns accepted at any retail location that represents or sells Michael’s Jewelers products and no items purchased from a Michael’s Jewelers retail location will be accepted back at Michael’s Jewelers for a return or exchange.
PLEASE NOTE: All SALE ITEMS purchased are FINAL SALES. Returns or exchanges requested on SALE merchandise will not be accepted.

Customer is responsible for sending back any returned or exchanged item to Michael’s Jewelers. If item was received damaged or customer was sent the wrong item, please e-mail email@example.com or call 215-369-1700 to receive a return label.
Returns and exchanges are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow one billing cycle on credit card for any refund to post to your account.
Sizing: All sizing of items is posted on website with that specific item; Michael’s Jewelers is not responsible for customized sizing unless previously requested by customer.
